These glitter pens are perfect for accenting rubber stamped images, lettering, titles for scrapbook pages, the edges of handmade cards - and so forth. Fabulous shimmer effect. Conforms to ASTM D 4236.

Once opened and cap is removed, be sure to remove the protective plastic cap over the pen nib. It simply pulls off with little effort.
