The company that hosts the store servers will be conducting major maintenance from Tuesday, April 25 beginning 9 p.m. PDT, until Thursday, April 27 at 9 p.m. PDT.
Ordering, checkout and other parts of the store may not be available during this time. Shipping will resume Friday morning EST if all goes to plan. Thank you!
update: as of today, May 1, the system is still not functioning and the company that hosts the store's servers has not provided a date. I'll update here as they update us.
update: as of today, May 4, the system is glitchy but orders are going through.
update: as of today, May 6, some desktop users are able to place orders. Mobile users are experiencing difficulty placing orders.
update: as of today, May 15, Turbify is unable to provide any update as to when I will be able to add new inventory, update existing inventory, or access inventory through their system. I am in virtual handcuffs in regards to the store.
Some desktop users are able to get orders through - mobile users report site is wonky, and cart dumps are common with all users.
Customers are emailing me with lists, so if you need items listed in the shop, please email your list - I'm pulling orders manually. Itemized invoices are sent and orders shipped with tracking numbers emailed to you. firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you, Cindy
