Dry time: a mere seven to ten seconds to bond with paper. Ideal adhesive to use with Tim Holtz's Fragments. Will not react with Tim Holtz's Alcohol Inks.
It is the ultimate adhesive for vellum, shrink plastic, transparencies, micro glass beads, glitter, and is the perfect adhesive for permanently attaching rubber stamps to blocks.

Fine Tip Applicator arrives assembled: a twist-off style white plastic pin top, a gray sleeve, and a white plastic base that features a fine, metal applicator tip. White plastic base easily and securely twists onto a .5 ounce product bottle from Ranger (and other manufacturers that have a 1/2 inch diameter twist-style opening). The white plastic pin top features a thin, stainless steel pin inside the cap. This pin marries up with the fine, metal applicator tip on the base, providing fuss-free and anti-clog application.
