It's easy: Place a gift certificate in your shopping cart. Just the gift certificate - no other merchandise.

Fill out the 'Gift Certificate Information' field at checkout completely. I personally email within one to 24 hours upon receipt (unless vacation settings are enabled, then they are sent upon return).
