Crackle Accents is a water-based, clear gloss medium that dries hard, revealing a crackle finish. Use to highlight, brighten and add dimension.

Dry time: a mere seven to ten seconds to bond with paper. Will not react with Tim Holtz's Alcohol Inks.

It is the ultimate adhesive for vellum, shrink plastic, transparencies, micro glass beads, glitter. Also acts as an adhesive.
