One of each letter, with the exception of:

a and e have four each. i, o, r and s have three each. b, c, d, g, h, l, m, n, p, t and u have two each.

**use caution when tossing the loose interior cutouts; the round ones are the dots for i and j. Not that I did this with my set or anything...
